Short Term Rental Survey: Use of Survey Results

The La Mesa HOA Board intends to use the results of this survey to develop proposed changes to the CC&Rs, if the majority of responses indicate changes are desired. Such proposed changes will be submitted to all HOA members for vote. CC&Rs Section 9.5 requires any modification or amendment must be approved by two thirds of all property owners. There are 168 lots, so owners of at least 112 lots would have to vote in favor of any change to the CC&Rs.
